IVA included. Plus the €28.87 DGT tasa 4.1, paid at face value, and the psicotécnico (€40–60) paid by you at the centre.

One launch price for both exchange routes — EU/EEA and agreement countries alike. The exam route isn't sold here at any price, because no exchange exists for it. We never mark up a government fee.
The honest bit
You can do all of this yourself. Here's what it involves.
The state charges about €28.87 plus the medical. If you have the time and the Spanish, that's the cheapest route and we'd rather say so.

Do it yourself if you're comfortable in Spanish, your deadline is far away, and you don't mind refreshing an appointment page for a few weeks.
