What this site is
This website offers a private, paid service: preparing the documentation for the exchange of a foreign driving licence for a Spanish one (canje de permiso de conducción), paying the associated state fee, and booking the applicant's appointment through the ordinary public appointment system.
It is not a government website. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the DGT, the Dirección General de Tráfico, the Ministerio del Interior or any Spanish public administration. The decision on any exchange application is taken by the competent authority alone.
